The overall customer service is excellent but the front desk and restaurant was consistently on top of their service delivery. The breakfast was good and given enough to choose from, at least some options was there for non-Indians. The overall hotel cleanliness is moderate given it is undergoing construction.

Lakshmi greeted me warmly and the hospitality is superb, staff is very supportive, quick response to our queries.

Breakfast was quite adequate for my needs. I don't have cooked breakfasts but they were available. Well placed for walking to ghats, and staff very polite and attentive and showed concern when I fell ill ( not their fault ). Good WiFi in reception. Didn't use their tourism services as I have friends in Varanasi who I went out with. Generally a well run and very clean hotel.
